How We Work

Everything we do in this discipline begins with a diagnosis. This page explains what that means in practice, step by step, before anything is signed.

The first consultation

It is a medical consultation, not a sales appointment. It takes the time it needs and covers the medical history, current medication, physical examination, measurements and clinical photographs where useful, and the prescription of any tests required. It carries a fee, which is stated at the time of booking.

What we measure first

It depends on the indication, and that is the point: there is no single panel for everyone. Depending on the case we need full blood count and coagulation, hormone profile, thyroid function, iron and ferritin, vitamin D, inflammatory markers, serology. Tests are performed in the Centre’s own laboratory. When the picture is not clear, the pathway continues with Advanced Diagnostics.

The report

Every first consultation ends with a written report, handed to the patient. It contains the clinical picture, the diagnosis, the proposed indication or the absence of one, and what is and is not known about the expected benefit. If the case has been discussed with a colleague from another discipline in the Centre, the report says so.

The estimate

Written, handed over before starting, with the number of sessions foreseen and the follow-up visits included. No treatment begins on the day of the first consultation, except in clinical urgency: between the diagnosis and the decision there has to be time to think it over.

Clinical photographs

They are taken with standardised lighting and positioning, they document the pathway and they stay in the clinical file. They are not published, neither on the website nor on social channels. There is no gallery of results, and that is not an oversight.

Traceability

For every treatment we record the date, the doctor, the device and the batch used, the signed informed consent and the outcome of the follow-up visits. It is the standard the Centre works to in every other discipline, and it does not change here.

Complications

They exist, in every procedure, and they are explained beforehand and set out in writing in the informed consent together with the pathway foreseen if they occur. They are managed within the Centre, by the doctor who performed the treatment. The patient is not sent elsewhere.

The nights

The Centre’s Medical and Nursing Service is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After a procedure or a treatment, the call is answered by the same organisation that saw you, with access to your file.

The right to a no

A share of first consultations ends without an indication. With no catalogue to fill, we have nothing we need to propose: when the correct answer is not to treat, that is the answer, and it is written in the report.

What we do not do

  • We do not publish galleries of results.
  • We do not sell packages by number of sessions before a diagnosis.
  • We do not run time-limited offers or discounts tied to deciding on the spot.
  • We do not promise results: in medicine they cannot be guaranteed.
